Terms of Sale

1. Who we are

Morsefest is presented by Radiant Records. These terms apply to every ticket bought on this website.

2. Your order

Your order is confirmed once your payment goes through, and we email you a link to your tickets. Prices are in US dollars and include everything shown at checkout.

Each order can hold up to the number of tickets shown on the event page. We may cancel orders that use automated software or multiple accounts to get ahead in the line, and refund them.

3. Your tickets

Each ticket has its own QR code, which admits one person once on each day of the event, and a VIP ticket also to its VIP session. Keep your codes private and don’t post them online: the first scan each day is the one that counts, and we can’t admit anyone with a code that has already been used that day.

4. Refunds

All sales are final. Tickets can’t be refunded or exchanged, including when you can no longer attend.

In exceptional circumstances, such as serious illness, contact us before the show and we’ll consider your request. Any refund is at our discretion.

5. Passing on a ticket

You may give a ticket to a friend or family member who will attend in your place. Tickets may not be resold for more than you paid or sold commercially. We may cancel tickets that are, without a refund.

6. If a show changes

If we cancel a show, we refund the full price of your tickets to the card you paid with. If we move a show to a new date, your tickets stay valid for it; if you can’t make the new date, contact us within 14 days of the announcement for a refund.

Set lists, guest performers and running times may change. These changes don’t entitle you to a refund.

7. At the venue

The venue’s rules apply, and the venue may search bags or refuse entry to anyone who breaks them. Any age restrictions are shown on the event page.

Shows are often filmed and recorded for release. By attending, you agree that you may appear in photos, video and audio recordings of the show.

8. Our responsibility

We aren’t responsible for tickets that are lost, stolen or shared after we send them. Apart from what the law doesn’t allow us to limit, our responsibility to you is limited to the price you paid for your tickets.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Your order is covered by the version you accepted when you bought your tickets.
