1. Who we are

Radiant Records is responsible for the personal data collected on this website.

2. What we collect

Your email address, your order details, and your name if you give it to us. When you contact us, we keep your message so we can reply. Like any website, we also receive your IP address and details about your browser, which we use to keep the site secure, stop bots and understand how it’s used.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to hold your place in line, and analytics cookies to understand how people use the site and where a purchase gets stuck. When you buy tickets or sign in, your analytics are linked to your email address. We don’t use advertising cookies.

3. How we use it

To process your order, send your tickets, sign you in with a link we email you, tell you about changes to a show you’re attending, answer your questions, and send you Morsefest and Radiant Records updates if you agree to them at checkout. You can unsubscribe at any time.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe, which is certified to PCI DSS Level 1, the highest security standard in the card payment industry. You enter your card details on Stripe’s secure checkout page, and they go directly to Stripe over an encrypted connection. Your card details never pass through or get stored on our systems, and we never see your full card number or security code. Stripe tells us when your payment succeeds and shares the name and email address you entered, so we can send your tickets. Stripe handles your payment details under its own privacy policy.

5. Who we share it with

We don’t sell your data or share it with venues. We use a small number of trusted service providers to run this site, for hosting and security, payments, email and analytics, and they handle your data only on our behalf. We share it with anyone else only where the law requires it.

6. How long we keep it

Order records, including the emails we sent about your show, are kept for six years for tax purposes. Your account stays until you ask us to delete it, and you stay on our mailing list until you unsubscribe.

7. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time, or object to how we use it. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
