Right after you pay, we email a link to your tickets to the address you entered at checkout. Each ticket has its own QR code on that page, and everyone in your group needs one to get in. At the door, show the codes on your phone, or a screenshot or printout of them. If the email doesn’t arrive, check your spam or junk folder.
No. You don’t need to sign up or remember a password to buy tickets. To see your tickets again later, on any phone or computer, choose Account at the top of the page and enter the email address you used to buy them. We’ll email you a link that takes you straight to your tickets.
Tickets can’t be refunded or exchanged, including if you can no longer attend. In exceptional circumstances, such as serious illness, contact us before the show and we’ll consider your request. If you can’t make it, you’re welcome to give your ticket to a friend or family member. Read the Terms of Sale
If many people try to buy tickets at once, we may ask you to wait in an online line. This keeps the site running smoothly and gives everyone a fair chance. People go through in the order they arrived. Keep the page open and it takes you to checkout when it’s your turn. Refreshing the page won’t move you forward.
We hold your tickets for you while you check out. If you don’t complete your payment in time, they go back on sale for others and you aren’t charged. You can try again if tickets are still available.
